Saving and Using a Group of Objects
You can select multiple objects and save them as a custom group for easier placement in future layouts.

Open or create the layout containing the objects you want to save as a group. (For more details, see Designing a New Layout .)

Click the Edit button at the top left of the screen to put the layout in Edit mode.

Select the group of objects you want to save using one of the following methods:

Hold your [Ctrl] key down as you select each object.

Click/tap the Multi-Select button at the lower left of the layout and then click/tap each object to select it.
Note: Once all objects are selected, click/tap the Multi-Select button again to disable it.

Click the Group tab at in the Edit Item pane at the top right of the screen.

Enter a name for your new custom group in the Group Label field.

Click the Save Group button.
Result: The group is saved.
Note: You will not see the name of your new group on screen as you are currently still in Edit Item mode. To see and use your new group, see the Placing Custom Group section below.

Open or create the layout into which you want to place your object group. (For more details, see Designing a New Layout .)

Click the Edit button at the top left of the screen to put the layout in Edit mode.

In the Add Items pane at the top right of the screen, click the Add Group tab .

Locate the desired group in the list shown.

Drag and drop the group into any position in your layout.

Click the Save button at the top left of the screen to save your change.
Tip: Delete any custom group by clicking the Delete button to the right of that group's name on the Add Group tab.
